Information submitted through the estimate form

The form requests a name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, service, desired timing, project details, preferred contact method, and an optional project image. This information is used to review and respond to the request. Do not upload sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identity documents.

Storage and delivery

Request details are stored in the site’s database and optional images are stored separately with a randomized file name. When the server-side notification service is active, estimate alerts are addressed to jthoren171@gmail.com. A stored copy helps prevent a request from being discarded if notification delivery is temporarily unavailable.

Retention and deletion

Submitted information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the website from misuse. Questions about a request or deletion can be sent to jthoren171@gmail.com.

Analytics

The site records conversion event names for phone clicks, email clicks, estimate-form starts and submissions, and service-page calls to action. A measurement platform is not loaded by this code until the owner selects, configures, and documents one. Analytics should be configured to avoid sending form contents or uploaded images.

Spam prevention and technical logs

The form uses a hidden field, a minimum completion-time check, file-type and file-size limits, and server validation. Hosting systems may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time, and error logs for security and reliability.
